Now that I am working out more I have gotten lax on recording my meals. Almost like I can't take more on without letting something slide. I am maintaining my weight now but it is a dangerous place to be and I have to record my food before I step on that scale and face weight gain! I have come too far.

There IS only so much you can take on without letting something else slide, unless the old things are really solid habits that you no longer need any motivation to do - they happen WITHOUT thinking about them. You HAVE come a long way - I'm SOOOOO jealous!! I'm under a particularly heavy workload right now, working at home until 1am after a full day AT work.... husband away... I feel like I can't justify the time away from 'bum on chair' to exercise. At least the children are old enough to prepare meals for themselves (and me!) They're 14 (twin girls).

Thank you, you are right. I know how fast it can go back on so i am trying to catch myself from falling into old habits. One of which is taking on so much I quit everything. But Holy Cow on the workload! And even though your kids are older I know there is still an expectation that you be there and not off doing your own thing. I remember when mine were that age they wanted to be in another room when they were home but were not happy if I was not readily available. You have quite a bit going on!
