I was actually up to 184 lbs - lost a little bit before I found this site. That's me on the far right this past summer, before I had put on another 10 lbs:



Still following a sedentary lifestyle while I'm getting my head wrapped around eating according to Atkins, and the more frequent shopping, cooking and logging food. That will change soon as I plan to start adding regular exercise once I have the eating plan down. For now my RDI is 1400 calories, and so far I've stayed a little under that every day.

I thought I'd record my starting measurements too:
Chest 41 1/2"
Waist: 39"
Hips: 45 1/2"
Right Upper Thigh: 26"
Left Upper Thigh: 25 1/2"
Calves: 15"
Upper Arms (both): 11 3/4"
