The water weight continues to shed. Yesterday ended up being a fast day...30 hours with no hunger. The aches and pains have gone, too, as has the swelling in the ankles. Keto is what my body loves. I've also gotten more adapted to the new, more potent MCT oil. I can use a full tablespoon without 'disaster pants'. I didn't get the video shot yesterday because my neighbors were taking advantage of the beautiful weather and working outside. One was mowing (can't really complain about that because he mowed my yard as well as his own), one was using a wood chipper, and the dogs were all out in the yards, barking at each other. All of that makes for a crappy soundtrack on what's supposed to be a relaxing video. It's ok, though. I don't have to be at work until 1 today, so I can shoot it this morning. I've got my first BPC, and as soon as my eyes are fully open, I'm off to my little 'studio'. Have a terrific Tuesday, buddies! ~Kes
