ok, looking at other people's diets of the ones who have lost weight, a common theme seems to be calorie restriction. makes sense, but i was hoping to eat larger amounts of foods... however, even though my weight is up, i have lost 1 inch on my waist... haven't measured the other things lately. can i lose by cutting calories a little? i don't mind slow... i guess we'll see. don't give up. 237 is better than 242 and climbing!
