fed up now of my weight not moving at all, i havent been to the gym this week, but am still not eating much. just goes to show how effective excercise actually is! ergh, going to go again on monday now i have my car back and hopefully it will start falling off again... also going to try acai berry weight loss patches as have found a deal for them. then soon-ish am going to start running and wearing a sweatz vest. am SO impatient when it comes to weight loss!!
