failed a bit tonight oops. all was going well until i popped to tesco and a double bounty (yum) and TWO cereal bars fell into my shopping basket! so naturally i had to eat them all IN ONE GO. what a pig!! :( feel doubly crap now... GOT to start back at the gym on monday, NO excuses. :|

Hey just forget it and start again! Everybody falls off the wagon at some time, but you just gotta climb back on. And I soooooo.......know how you feel about Bounty Bars!!! Soooo craving one now - thank goodness there's none in the house! :)
