Diario di emilygu, 04 mag 17

I am not one to do the Keto or low carb diets I just simply count my calories. I am proud to say that the past two days I have been under calorie count. Today I have 321 calories left to eat. I am very proud of myself. I'm making some progress.

I only count calories. I try to stay under 1,000. I'm allowed 1,340. Ate close to a thousand calories today and I feel bloated.

What do you eat to stay under 1000. I'm given 1900 a day but stay around 1500 or try to anyway

I thought under 1000 is not good for you, because your body goes into starvation mode

Same here I only count calories and so far so good...i do green tea, and cinnamon in my coffee seems to help curb alittle my appetite
