day 175...just got my morning workout in at the gym..was on the scales again today..i think my weight gain was from havin more then my share of lite whipped cream and sf jello...no more of that for a while, plus the soups i have been eating have more salt then i need to be eating in a day with everything else...my weight was back down today by 3 pounds...so im gonna watch my salt intake closer thur out the day...and see how that works out....
