While I like the downwards trend, the GoogleFit app is more realistic: I haven't lifted weights in over a MONTH and the app cannot remember the last time I did a run. I have my first 5k race since 2012 in, like, 30 days. And while I acknowledge that I'm going through several major life transitions simultaneously right now, I need to do better....fast! I'll continue to muster time for longer walks but I need to reincorprate weight training and some training runs.
