Im trying to figure out how interaction works on fat secret. Any tips will be helpful.

I am three days in (low carb..low everything)lol. Down about 4 pounds but already cheated twice. I guess I need to go through my house and eliminate any temptations.

Oh and I have started getting cramps in my legs and feet. Considering bread is the only thing that I havent cheated on... could this be the cause?
