Just got back on low carb..I know you lose water in the beginning but 11lbs in a week!? A few of those pounds have to be fat :). I'll Be so happy when I finally get out of the 250s! I'm just going to keep chugging along. Excited to start Monday because week days are my workout days and so I'll get to see more weight-loss!! :)
