I am currently eliminating gluten from my diet. I will be eliminating goitrogens in the future. I have diagnosed hypothyroidism and am on 62.5 mcg levothyroxine. I drink green tea each day as well. I have 16 lbs. I would like to lose. I just started challenge: Another 12 Weeks to Happy and Healthy. I hope to lose 8 of them in this challenge.
I am supposed to reward myself, but not with food. I don't have a lot of money, though, and I frequently beat myself up about my weight. So, i am not sure how they expect me to reward myself and i have asked the questions i need to in order to do the challenge correctly.
