disgusted at my food diary today - shouldnt have been weak in tesco yesterday and bought nutella and those eat natural bars!! half of my percentage was FAT for today, most of the rest was CARBS and a tiny bit of protein. will NOT be doing this again. i am my own worst enemy! :|

ha thanks, but i seem to have a LOT of "off" days! i ate a whole jar of nutella in 24 hours! lol. but i am back on the wagon today and feeling much better for it :) x
