Hello, to all my old friends here! I have gained about 10 pounds from my low weight, and have really taken some time off from the gym. Was pleasantly surprised how the time off has improved the pain I was feeling in my bad knee, which after my workout yesterday, feels no different than my other knee. I was also pleasantly surprised how well my run, and lifting workout went. Here is an overview of my workout;
My First Workout!
Treadmill walk at 3.5 speed for 10 minutes!
Tread mill run at 4.5 for 5 minutes!
Cooldown walk at 3.5 for 5 minutes!
and walk 2.8 for 5 minutes!
Weight Workout!
Leg Press 5X12 175 lbs.
Seat Leg Press 5X12 210 lbs.
Upright Seat Bench 5X5 110 lbs.
Paddle Chest Presses 5X12 110 lbs.
Seated Overhead Press 5X12 30 lbs
