I think I'm still in denial that I've so far lost 18 lbs all together. I mean, I dont notice a difference. Not when I look in the mirror anyways, but I suppose there is change. I kind of realize it physically.
It didn't hit me until I looked at two pictures of myself did I realize... maybe it's actually real and it's working.
