Another KG down. Yes the diet is still a strict one.
basically my model of diet is

week 1: High Carb (Rice, wheat etc)
Week 2: High Fat (Avacados mostly)
Week 3: High protein (Eggs)
Week 4: fruits (mostly papaya etc)

This way, the body is consistently in shock and also does not understand what i am bringing to it. also, the choice of food is maintained to include vitamins that are needed.

Tough to stop things that i love to eat (Pizzas, potato, burgers)

Almost all days, it is home made and avoided outside (hotel) food.
86,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 6,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
