You're doing great! I'm so excited for you. How are you feeling? Do you feel like you've licked the yeast thing? Have you started P2? The 160s are just speeding by. Good work! 

I am doing the milder yeast thing so it's slower & i will be on this awhile; there's something weird going on with her yeast cleanse- she's re-formulating it. I am going to start the P2 over the weekend- too much going on during this week, with every day feeling like a week! I feel like I need it although I am vry nervous that I will stop losing. .  

I believe part of the reason that i had the early rapid weiht drop is that this last weight on me hasn't been on me that long- meaning that i recently had put on about 8 pounds dieting, and I put on about 20 pounds after mid 2006 when i was ill & stopped smoking. So none of the weight i just lost was on me for very long. The rest of my excess weight was put on over the preceding 6 years and resulted from age, illness, and medication (prednisone). I hope that weight will leave as quickly as the later weight.
