Diario di redwinelover, 20 feb 10

Things seem to be going well. I "cheated" on Thursday and got right back on track. I ate more on purpose, but after a while was just sort of out of control. I think it's true that I'm a carb addict and that simple carbs lead to over-eating. For me, anyway. I worked out yesterday and today - both being good work outs. Feeling proud that I'm able to continue eating well and not too much, and keeping up with pretty difficult work outs - all in the face of very little change in weight. I haven't weighed myself in a couple of days - will do so tomorrow. And I'm hoping to see my percentage of body fat lower, too. I think at this point, I've lost about 2% body fat.
