Weighed in 1.5 lbs more at the doctor's office this past Wed than what my home scale shows so came home and recalibrated my scale to match the one at the docs office. 😢 This put me 1.5 lbs behind where I thought I was. Grrrrrrrr...
I think I'll have a cup of hot tea and just get over it!
