Today due to the delay in getting out of bed, unfortunately no breakfast.

dinner 1 wheat dosa.
Today my exercise was just walking for 8 kms which i completed in 1 hour 25 minutes.
Fat secrets says 4km/hour is brisk walking but i believe i walked at the speed of 5-6kms and hour. that means i burnt more calories than what it actually says.
Hmm. tomorrow again will continue another 8.
