I have been forgetting to check my waist measurement, so I was completely amazed today to see I have lost 6 full inches since January! I had a huge prime rib dinner last night, so I didn't expect much. I measure 1 Inch below the belly button without pulling in my tummy. And I was just thinking how my tummy still sticks out so far! Keto really does work! Having studied it, I realize this is not a fad diet, but is "faddified" by some. The food and diet and nutrition industries just haven't caught up yet. I'm glad my family physician steered me in the right direction.

Augusta Allender, sometimes my weight doesn't appear properly either. Right now it won't record in my challenge, but does record on the main page. I sent a note about it but have not heard back.

Paulanavarette, You're right, all elastic pants for me since I carry most of my weight in my belly. I know my pants got loose, but 6 inches is way more than I thought!
