well...I ate WAY too much yesterday. I think my frustration reached a boiling point. No excuse, just a clear indication of how I self-medicate with food. The worst thing I ate was a bag of veggie straws, so I guess I won't kick myself too hard. Mostly I just ate out of frustration. I didn't work out, either. I just didn't have it in me. Today's a new day. I'm about to go work out now. Didn't weigh myself this morning, either. Tomorrow.
