Miracle of miracles! i actually didn't need a nap today. I have been needing naps at 1 p.m. for a while. But today, i didn't need one. it's almost exercise time and I still haven't needed one. I have managed to have enough energy to get me through the day without one for the first time. I've been on this program for 2 weeks for the record.

60 days will be October 4th.

I think maybe my B complex supplement might be helping, but i need to have tests run to make sure i am not iron deficient, too. I have been a vegetarian for a long time and don't want to go back. I don't know what foods I can eat that contain iron, since i won't eat meat, i can't eat greens due to their goitrogens, and I can't eat beans because of their phytic acid. Soybeans contain additional phytoestrogens I don't need or want.
