I have had several days of cravings. I don't remember what set it off. At least it's real food I ate, not junk food. There were golden raisins in the house, which I used to love. I found them. For some reason they have to be followed by nuts--too many pecans. Garden tomatoes are delicious. Too many of them. Looking back, the raisins were tooth-achingly sweet, the nuts were too many, and one small tomato would have been more than plenty. -----Today I will eat for a happier tummy.
