Weight is bouncing up and down. Probably water retention. Seems to have a downward trend. Probably should go back to tracking food intake and exercise but they have been pretty much the same. I've stayed on this low carb Atkins diet for about 14 months, with pretty good results. Plant to stay on it for a while longer but it is getting very, very dull. The diet can also be inconvenient. Yesterday I did my usual early breakfast, then drove 3 hours for a meeting. After it was over, I ran some errands in Raleigh and didn't find a quick, convenient place to get an Atkins friendly lunch until 4 pm, then drove 3 hours home. Was getting a might hungry by 4pm
