hey javaskhum they are a low carb source in my dieet they have 7grams of carbs per cake and 1gram of protein it has a total of 35grams per cake

I love rice cakes ! I make mini pizza with them . Grate some mozzarella on top and put in microwave for 20 seconds 😍
