Panic attack last night...hubby got up with me (I have them in the middle of the night) and helped me process through. I'm tired this morning, but OK. Work is overwhelming right now, and I think that's where this is coming from.
My weight is holding steady. I'm super happy about that, because I've been pretty stressed the past few weeks...and I've still managed to maintain! I have sensed that really working at weight loss through this stressful time was not the best of ideas, to take it easy on myself, all that...and I did, and I didn't gain back weight. For me, that's a big deal!
