I can drop 5kg in a week just by eliminating carbs. mainly water and colon weight tho as i can easily gain it all back! Dont look at the scales too closely! But i need to gain about 10 kgs to stop being underweight! Can we swap places?

lol just lol superfly. I keep my carbs to about half to 2/3 what is recommended daily for a 1200 cal diet. Saying that, I rarely have bread now. I sometimes have a wrap, ryvita, or rice cakes. But not every day. I'm losing approx 800 g per week with no exercise. It's still steadily dropping. 😀
