Good news about the last day of radiation! I'm glad you're both done with this. Now it's time to recover from the treatment, this is really good your husband wants to improve his diet habits. Food is the first medicine! Have a great day Moose, take care!

Today maybe you can be grateful you didn't knock a tooth out in your fall...making the root canal problem look not so bad??!! :) I know it's a stretch...just looking for a positive. Seriously, I hope you didn't break any bones and that you heal rapidly. My ex-MIL used to always say, "Accidents in the home...beware of those accidents in the home!"

Yes, it's very important for us guys to have moral support and to feel truly loved. So, it's a little, *big* gesture to be by his side constantly reassuring him (beauty, tenderness, grace, compasssion). I've never had a root canal thank God. There is an adorable Irish woman in the neighborhood who is always telling me what nice teeth I have (makes me think that I might be the big, bad wolf. :-) ). She's a little old and repeats it over and over again every time I see her (lol). Wouldn't want to loose any of these babies... ;-) I don't think you will feel any pain at all, and I also hear that pain management afterwards has improved dramatically so, I don't think you have much to worry about there. I hope your chest feels better mosse, it doesn't sound *too* serious to me; maybe not worth going to the hospital over.

Has OH been looking at vitamins and oxygen therapy? Glad the radiotherapy is over. The travelling to and fro for such short treatment time is tiring and stress making and its hard to see a loved one feeling poorly because of treatment. Lets hope everything is on the way up now.

Info ... thank you. I like the visual I get in my head of your teeth!!! I'm not too worried about the pain from the dentist ... an infected tooth is far worse!! I think my chest injury is fine ... I'm not going to get an xray. I feel much better today than I thought I would. Pays to be in shape and have adequate padding!! LOL!! They don't call me chesty for nuthin' ya know!!!

Hey Girlfriend! So sorry to hear about your fall, but so HAPPY to hear about hubby's last radiation treatment! You might have a point there about the bad tooth. Unhealthy teeth affect our entire body. And as for the snow, WHY did you send it all to ME! LOL It just won't stop snowing here! ((((HUGS)))

How did I totally miss your journal today???? I'm glad for you that its Bobs last day of radiation. That you are getting some help with payigng for that tooth. That you are not seriously injured from your fall (I'm still looking into seeing eye dogs for you....). Weekend is upon us now - I'm giving you a script to stay in bed all weekend (I became a PhD overnight, don't ya know!). Take it easy, have some fun down time with the old man, and just forget about the rest of the world. Have a good one buddy!!!!!

So nice to have caring relatives - even if the gift is a root canal! Now maybe you can focus on something else besides your teeth.
