I didn't start using this site until I had already lost 33 pounds, but I have lost 55 pounds since I started dieting at the beginning of this summer. I still have a long way to go, but I feel much better already. I have found new ways to help lose the weight and ways to change my metabolism. It's amazing what you can learn if you do a little research.
