Today is such a wonderful day already! It is absolute gorgeous outside and will be all day. I only have to be at work until 1pm, I'm going to look at a new apartment with my new roommate, and then I'm going to the driving range with the boyfriend for the first time this season! WAHOO!
The other realization hit me today that I wasn't eating enough the past week. My weight was stalling when I was eating 1200 calories. I bumped it up to 1350-1450 and BAM. Just like that, the weight started coming off again. I've read it a thousand times from all of you smarties out there on FS... eat more than 1200 calories! But I wasn't listening. Lesson learned!!
I hope everyone has weather as nice as Philly does today! Get out an enjoy it. Go for a walk, a run, swing on some swings! Take full advantage of it :)
