How many are you cooking for? Chicken breasts in a crock pot with good fats and decent veggies can work. Red meats seared in a pan work. The RIGHT veggies cooked in coconut or olive oil are easy. If you want to meal prep, on Saturday or Sunday, cook quite a few chicken thighs and then make them into other meals for the week or a couple of days. As for snacks when the belly says I need something, the fat bombs I make are good and help to tide me over for the night or for several hours during the day. The main thing is to find what YOU like and make a bit more of it than you would normally eat. That way, there will always be something in the refrigerator for you to nuke. It takes just a minute or 2 longer to nuke a good meal than it does to grab a bag of chips or something else that isn't within your personal WOE. You can do this and we'll help as much as we can!
