Diario di Granmawig1, 24 set 17

Have built my walk up to at least two miles every morning and have managed to do it in 30 minutes so a good cardio workout. Just got down to 10stone 12 1/4 pound but the weight is hard to shift now as I expected. Still, will keep trying to get to 10st 10lb.

That's a great workout you have going for yourself, it's surprising what a few miles walk daily does for the cardio. Your target weight is not far off now so keep doing what you have been doing and I am sure you will get there. Good luck
