after a year of fighting a weight loss stall and having a year from now to achieve a goal of losing 25-30 lbs AND have surgery to remove excess skin, I am going to try a baby food diet and hopefully see some results. so, starting tomorrow, October 1st i will be having 2 baby food "meals" per day and 1 real meal of a much smaller portion than I've been eating. here's to trying something new
