OHHHHH MY!

I've been weighing each morning fully clothed just like at the docs office. I used to always weigh naked just after using the restroom so I'd get my lowest possible weight. But I realized that every time I felt so good about my loss but then at the docs my number would be higher... like 5-7 lbs. I feel like doing it clothed will result in feeling better at my appointments & make me happier with more consistency.

Out of curiosity I weighed without clothes on. I had just had a light breakfast & then a bm. (Sorry for the tmi.) It said 277.6 not going to log it tho. Want to continue to be consistent with my routine.

Haha, no problem on the info, I've noticed that makes a difference in my weigh-ins, too. :) Hmmm... in summer we can automatically "lose" a pound or two compared to winter just because of the lighter clothing, right? ;)
