Hey everyone,
I am getting excited because this binging period is coming to an end. It is really hard for me to get started again without putting a meaningful start date on it. Like a Monday or the 1st or something like that. Anyway, my date will be the 2nd. I took this picture last before Christmas when I was 186.4! I will weigh after I detox in January. Probably on the 10th.
