Put the "pacer" app on my phone. a pedometer... now that i can walk with out agony, I need to get myself into shape through the fall/winter. Next goal is bike touring and back packing next spring/summer!
physical conditioning is all that's left (that and saving up vacation time) and maybe finding a GF...
GF would be good, I miss having one...you know, to "do stuff with".
