Went hiking today - Hackberry Springs Loop - about 5 1/2 miles. Bodybugg says I've burned just under 3,000 calories today. Good thing, I ate a lot of food today! But it was a nice hike, lots of water in the Superstitions, beautiful day out and the hike felt good.
