It's been a loooooong time. I don't know what to do. All I am hoping is that since the class I'm teaching is over now, I can regain all that time and energy and invest it back into myself. Serving others is one of the best things I can do with my life, but taking care of myself so I can continue doing that is also an utmost priority. I'm not sure what kind of eating plan I want to commit to, but I know I have to do something, because buying new pants is not an option!
