I was a huge pig this weekend and the scale was NOT kind on monday. It was gross how much I gained in a short period of time. I fixed myself and did much better yesterday and ok today. I have a date this weekend and I know im going to be bad food wise (ice cream parlor is involved, my main weakness) so ill prepare friday and sunday. Im getting back on track and my shit together. Doesn't help that theres candy everywhere! That evil easter bunny! Lol better luck this week!

I know how you feel. It never fails to amaze me how much we can gain in relatively short periods of time. I'm starting to believe a lot of it is just water. Good luck getting it back on track and with the date.
