Today's a low-carb day. My first attempt was a lot easier. This time round, I'm having a hard time deciding on what to have for my last meal of the day. Something that'll help me reach my target while being satisfying.
I'm thinking of a bulgur haloumi salad? Any thoughts? 🤔
