How do you not think about eating while on the fast? I’m doing the 16/8 right now. 12-8 my window.

What you eat for dinner will help determine how hungry you are in the morning. My WOE has a high fat content, so the feeling of being satiated lasts longer. I’m the mornings, I have a bottle of water and then black coffee. That tides me over to lunch. Now, around 10:30 am, I’m getting hungry for sure, but no more so than I was prior to starting this. Basically, you’re skipping breakfast.

Also, regardless of IF or not, always drink plenty of water. It helps will all things body wise.

Good for you! I couldnt do a 24hour I eat supper a 4:30pm and don't eat again until breakfast around 8am!

I do I.F. also. I never feed unless I'm on the internet which happens 8 to 4 weekdays. Saturday is a feeding day and then I'll try to fast from Saturday night until Sunday night

IF has really helped me and I don't find it difficult. I'm hungry when I wake up so my eating hours are from 6-7am until about 2pm. I don't think about eating in the evening, but will drink a diet soda, water or sometimes a cup of hot tea.
