My official weight this morning is 116.2kg.
After my failure on Monday I managed my Tuesday and Wednesday quiet well :) I think my mistake whenever I start my journey after a break is that I didn't start slow to get my body to adapt to my fat loss lifestyle and that created hunger pangs and an unsatisfied appetite and then I would eat anything and everything because I already accepted that it's a failed day.
Thinking realistically, I'll be happy to get to 110kg by Christmas Day. Then take a break and then start again around the 3rd of January. I'm not really too concerned about weight although I record it. I'm focused more on how I look and my body fat percentage. The last time I was around 116kg I had more fat on my body than I do now :)

It is definitely about the measurements and not the scale. I love when people that haven't seen me in a while are so surprised at the change in my body shape. One day, when I am very brave I will put some photos up.
