Such a difficult time of the year, every week at least 3 end of year parties, wish I could decline......no weight loss for the past two weeks, at least no gain either.... this week I have committed to 950 calories.Wish me luck

Its sooo difficult Haclene. I know, BUT we can do it! We will reach our goals and we will stay there! I have faith in you. At least your weight is stable, be proud of that! You will lose again. Bad (cheating) days are okay, they just shouldnt become bad weeks or bad months. If you ate wrong once, dont worry, just get on the wagon again! Good luck with your goal, you will make it.
