Such weight gain is not surprising sadly, friends and restaurant meals plus car rallies and eating take away on the run plus far too much wine equals weight gain; cruise starts on Friday too.
Back to strict LCHF now, too many aches and pains with a starchy way of eating and of course the ugly jiggling fat.
