I've been to the gym three times this week (count them - 3 aerobics classes) and I've made meals only from my new WW cookbook that I got for x-mas from my WW sister.
I'm doing well this week. :)

Way to go! The exercise is so important and you are doing a great job so far! The WW cookbooks (I have many!) are a great source of inspiration to spice up your menus but I have had great success adapting my own recipes to WW by cutting down on fat, cheese, sugar, etc. Don't be afraid to experiment! You can do your own points calculations of the ingredients and come up with some really great stuff!

Outstanding!!! I have WW cookbooks from the 70's!!!! The program has changed so much and so many times over the years. Keep up the good work - it will pay off!
