Enjoy the ups and downs Of Xmas. I am obviously up today weight wise. 😂
Remember to allow yourself to enjoy life too. as I've said before, have you every seen a 90 year old on a diet? Everything in moderation.

i put on 1.3 kgs last week going off my normal diet...urgh, back on the horse this week!

Marika it happens to us all, even in maintenance. The key is to have a plan and be focused to follow it through. Back on the horse or wagon. 😉
