day 224...37 outside..with wind chill 28...another nice day for a morning walk...gettin all my layers on to stay nice an warm...then home long enough to change tshirts, and get a dry one on and take off all the layeers, and then up to the gym for the last weight workout for the week...hope everyone has a great workout, hope you pick the right food today...and just have a great day...your worth it !!!!!!!!!
ADDON: i think i figured out the problem with me not droppin weight..since i have been watchin my fat and carb intake closer and not eating breakfast, the weight is droppin off...another 1 1/2 pounds again today...il be hittin my next mini goal before sunday at this rate..lol..im so happy ...
