For this week I plan to eat less than 500 Kcal and 2L of water. Coffee is my next best friend now. Just to give my body a shock. I need to get to the point where I was comfortable with being hungry.

Need to get back onto the scale by friday. Im still too scared, although my size 38 still fits perfectly, I think I have gained a bit. Mentally I can feel it. All thanks to Mommy's good holiday cooking.
