My first week of weightloss (for this go around). This time around I've changed some things. I'm following a mostly vegan diet and mostly whole foods, hoping this is thing that helps me keep my weight down. I'm also not restricting calories as much.

I eat mostly whole food vegan as well. Have you seen the doc. Forks over Knives? It's a total life changer. Good luck with everything!

Forks Over Knives is what got me started too. What the Health is another good one. Both are on Netflix. Another great resource is to search Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn & Dr. Neal Barnard on youtube.
